Policy

  • Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered. 
  • All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags. 
  • Please make sure not to include any items that are not from NewSeed in the return package as we will not be able to return them. 
  • Return policy and procedures are consistent across all countries. For detailed instructions, please refer to Return/Exchange Process section. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team.

Return shipping cost

Return postage costs depend on the logistics provider you choose.

At present, we have no restrictions on the choice of logistics provider, you can choose the logistics provider according to your own needs, and refer to the cost of the logistics provider.

 

Please Note:
  1. Currently, we do not support exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return it for a refund and place a new order. This method will allow you to exchange the item.
  2. If you have any questions about our return process, you can contact our customer service at any time.
  3. NewSeed offers a 30-day Return Policy in which you can return or refund your purchase. We are unable to process return/exchange/refund requests after 30 days.
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before starting your return, please ensure that your order meets the following criteria:

  • Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered. 
  • All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags. 
  • Please make sure not to include any items that are not from NewSeed in the return package as we will not be able to return them.

 

Note:All orders are subject to a unified return and exchange process, applicable across all countries and regions.

 

Step 2: Find the return entrance

Click "Start a Return" at the bottom of the PatPat website or "Return" on the order details page.

Can't find this?

  • The "Return" button will only be available if your order status has been updated to "Delivered."

Step 3: Enter the order information you wish to return

-- Enter your order number and email address and select the item you want to return.

 

-- Select the product you want to return, specify the reason for your return, and choose how you'd like your refund to be processed.

 

Step 4: Wait for return refund approval

(After submitting your return request, we will send an email to your account confirming receipt of your request).

Verify the items and amount for the refund, click "Submit," and wait for return refund approval.

 

Step 5: Return the item and upload the tracking number

-- After your return refund is approved, please complete the RMA, place it in the package, and mail it to the return address provided.

-- Please upload your tracking number. After uploading your tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the Returns page.

 

Step 6: Email follow-up

We will send you an email notification when your return has been delivered.

Your refund will be processed within 1-2 days, and the refund will generally be credited to your account within 7-15 days. Please be patient.

 

Note: After you initiate the return process, we will send you an email if the return refund status changes. Please check your email:

 

1. When you submit your return request

2. When your return is approved

3. When we receive the return

4. When we process your refund

5. When the return process is complete

We will send you an email for each of the five status changes above, so please pay attention!

About Refund Amount:
1.For orders with promotions or discounts

The refunded amount will reflect the adjusted price you paid.

To view the discounted item's amount, refer to your order summary in your account.

 

2.Shipping fees

Shipping fees are refunded only if orders are canceled before packaging.

 

3.Discounts, points

Discounts, points etc., provided during marketing campaigns are one-time use and cannot be returned after the purchase.

 

About Refund Method:
1. Refund to Original Payment Method

You can choose to have the refund returned to your original payment method.
Please note that it typically takes 7 to 15 business days for the payment platform and bank to process the refund and credit it to your account. The exact time may vary depending on your bank’s processing speed.

 

2. Refund to Store Credit

You can choose to have the refund issued as store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our platform.

Please note that refunds issued as store credit are non-reversible and cannot be transferred back to your original payment method.

You can check the box to use store credit instead of payment/reduced payment on the payment screen. 1 store credit equals 1 USD.

I didn't receive my refund

If Your Refund Is Delayed, Follow These Steps:

 

STEP1.Check Your Bank Account

Typically, refunds take 7~15 days to process. Please wait a few more days and check your bank account to ensure the funds have been credited.

 

STEP2.Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company

Occasionally, refunds may face delays or be held up by your bank or payment platform. Reach out to your bank or payment platform to verify the status of the refund.

 

STEP3.Contact NewSeed Customer Service for Assistance

If it has been over 3 weeks and you haven't received your refund, please contact the NewSeed customer service team for prompt assistance. For any further support or inquiries, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you!

Will there be any additional charge for refunds?

After the credit card transaction, the refund will usually be returned to the same account. The refund will be reflected in the credit card bill with a "negative" charge record to offset the amount charged when you pay.

How long does it take to get my refund?
1. Refund processing times

Refund processing times vary depending on the channel used.
Refund to original Payment method:

This process involves 2 stages.

Stage 1:The initial stage conducted by NewSeed.

Stage 2:Followed by the second stage managed by the bank.

2. Entire refund process

Typically, the entire refund process is finalized within 7-15 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, kindly reach out to our customer service team.

3. Refund processing times reference

Refund amount doesn't match the actual order amount

The amount difference may be caused by the following reasons:

Exchange rate difference or bank fees

The difference in the refund amount may be due to fluctuating currency exchange rates or fees provided by the bank. We don't have control over it.

We suggest you to verify this with your bank. 

Refund amount is the actual amount paid
  • If your order doesn't include an promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site.
  • If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the refund amount from the original cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may check your order summary under your account.
Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?
Return Shipping Fee Policy

According to our return policy, the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.

The shipping cost depends on the logistics carrier you choose.
Currently, PatPat does not restrict which carrier you can use — you may select any logistics provider that best fits your needs and refer to their pricing for cost estimates.

When NewSeed Covers the Return Shipping Fee

PatPat will cover the return shipping cost only if the return is caused by our responsibility, including but not limited to the following cases:

  1. The item did not arrive within the expected delivery time due to shipping delays.
  2. The item is missing parts or accessories.
  3. The item has stains, odors, or other quality issues.

  4. The item is damaged, torn, or defective.
Required Proof for Reimbursement

If you are eligible for shipping fee compensation, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of payment for the return shipping cost.
  2. Return tracking number of the shipment.

Please note: both documents are required.
Without these proofs, we will not be able to process the shipping fee reimbursement, which may delay the normal return process.
