NewSeed Logistics Policy and Delivery Instructions
- Coverage Area: NewSeed will match the appropriate shipping carrier based on the customer’s delivery address. Some remote or special regions may have limitations.
- Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time for each region is based on what is displayed on the platform or indicated at checkout. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, pandemics, or weather conditions.
- Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on order amount, weight, or destination. Free shipping is available if certain conditions are met.
- Scope of Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the transportation risk is borne by the carrier. NewSeed will do its best to assist with follow-ups.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. If a return occurs due to incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer will need to cover the associated costs.
Order status shows 'delivered' but I didn't receive it
Here are the solutions you could try if you didn't receive your package while the order status shows''delivered''.
Don't worry, if you haven't received the package yet, please try the following ways to find the package before contacting customer service:
1. Confirm your delivery address
Confirm that your delivery address is correct.
(1)Visit the order shipping details page and use your order number and email address to check the shipping status of your order.
(2)Alternatively, you can directly click "My Account," select the order you want to track, and once you reach the order details page, click "Track Shipment" again to view the order shipping details.
2. Check your mailbox or drop-off location
If the correct address is confirmed, most packages are usually found accidentally misplaced.
Check your mailbox or drop-off location to see if the courier left your package near your home, in the mailbox, in front of the garage or on the lawn.
3. Asking around
It's always worth asking around.
Check with your family, neighbors, doorman, or anyone else who might have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
4. Check your phone messages or email
Sometimes, delivery folks try to reach out but miss you.
Don't forget to check your phone messages or email in case the carrier tried to notify you about a delivery hiccup or to arrange a new delivery time.
5. Wait with patience
Patience is key. Sometimes, even though the tracking says it's been delivered, it might take up to 48 hours to actually arrive at your doorstep. It's rare but it happens!
6.Reaching out to your local logistics company or courier
If you've followed the steps above and still haven't received your package, we recommend reaching out directly to your local logistics company or courier.
This is usually the quickest way to resolve the issue.
If the logistics company can't provide a satisfactory solution, please contact our customer service team, and we'll work to resolve the problem for you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please understand that the shipping time depends on your country and the chosen shipping method. You can click here for more detailed information. If you have already placed an order, you can also check the estimated delivery time in your order details.
Our delivery partner will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel leaves the warehouse so that you can follow its progress. Sometimes spam filters get in the way of good news, so we recommend to keep an eye on your junk folder too.
*We strive to meet the delivery time, but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Please check your tracking information for any updates on the revised delivery date.

Will I be charged for customs and import tax?
Will I be charged handling fees or taxes?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
How will I be charged for customs and import charges?
NewSeed has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Note: If you were charged fees, please keep related documents and we can make some compensation accordingly.
Will I be subsidized for customs fees?
After you have paid the customs duties and signed for the package, you can apply for a customs duty reimbursement by contacting our customer service team. Just provide your order number and the customs duty payment receipt. We will review and process the reimbursement based on our policies once we receive your receipt.
Can I get a refund if I refuse to pay customs duties?
If you've decided not to pay customs fees and have chosen to abandon your order, don't worry – you have the option to receive a refund.
After you've informed customs about your decision to refuse the package, please get in touch with our friendly local customer service team. We will work closely with our logistics partner, and as soon as the package is confirmed as returned, we will initiate the refund process to ensure your satisfaction.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items you ordered along with your shipping address. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information so you can monitor the movement of your package.
You may also check your order on your NewSeed account to check the order's status.
Make sure to provide your correct and most updated email address upon placing the order to ensure you will receive the confirmation email and updates about your order.

Who will be delivering my order?
At Newseed, we work with leading global shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, and EMS, Canada Post providing a range of shipping choices, including sea, land, and air options.
We'll connect you with the most suitable courier based on your location. Please note that, at the moment, we don't offer the option to specify a particular courier for delivery. After your package is shipped, you can review the order details to identify the courier handling your parcel.
Can I change shipping method?
Feel free to choose your preferred shipping method while placing your order. Please be aware that once the order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the selected shipping method. For more details on supported shipping methods, costs, and delivery times in your country, click here.
Orders Not Received After Paying Customs Duties
We understand that waiting for your package can be frustrating, especially after paying customs duties.
Please be aware that once customs duties are paid, the customs clearance process is handed over to local customs authorities, and the processing time can vary depending on the customs office in your area. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact timeframe for this process.
If you haven't seen any tracking updates for your package in over 7 days after paying customs duties, please reach out to our friendly customer service team. They will be more than happy to assist you in checking the latest status of your package.
Additionally, if your package has exceeded the estimated delivery time, our customer service team will also discuss possible compensation options with you to make sure you're taken care of. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What should I do if the package is lost in transit?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your package was lost during transit, please follow the steps below — we’ll actively assist in resolving the issue:

- Please first contact the shipping carrier to confirm the status of the package.
- If the package is confirmed as lost, request an official loss certificate from the carrier.
- Once obtained, simply send the tracking number along with a screenshot of the loss certificate to our customer service team, and we will promptly arrange either a reshipment or a refund for you.
