2. measure your baby's or your size

When measuring around your body, please ensure that it is as horizontal as possible. Ensure that the measuring tool is always close against your body, but don't hold it too tight. The general rule is close but comfortable - not tight and not loose. (If you have a small baby, you can also lay the baby flat on the bed for measurement).

3. Choose the size according to the size chart

Match your measurements with the size chart and choose the appropriate size.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend going with the larger size. It's always easier to take a dress in than it is to let it out.

You may notice a variation in size, where the item received aligns with the NewSeed Tag size but may fit either too big or too small. Several factors contribute to this difference, such as the material, fabric type, body shape, and height variances. To address this, we've implemented a standardized Size chart based on widely accepted average proportion standards, ensuring consistency in sizing.

Rest assured, our items adhere to the size chart with a permissible deviation of only 2 centimeters for Baby & Toddler products,

4 centimeters for regular selections in Men and Women

5 centimeters for Maternity/Nursing selections.

Yes, our size chart is accurate and based on the measurements of our products. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring yourself rather than relying solely on your usual size. Compare your measurements with our chart as clothing sizes may vary across different styles and designs.

Please note:

1. When measuring body dimensions (like bust, waist, and hips), keep the measuring tool parallel to the ground and snug against your body without being too tight. You can also measure a similar well-fitting garment you own and compare its size to our chart.

2. Due to variations in sizes among different manufacturers and inconsistencies in sizing across various clothing styles and designs, completely avoiding size discrepancies can be challenging. We suggest reviewing our size chart before purchasing to mitigate such issues.

Our products comply with all current regulations set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regarding product safety, including limits on harmful substances like lead and phthalates. Each product is tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories. 

Every children’s product we offer comes with a valid Children’s Product Certificate (CPC), confirming that the product has been tested by a CPSC-accredited laboratory and meets all applicable safety standards.

If you notice that the clothing has severe fading or staining, it may be caused by the dyeing process or improper washing methods. To address this issue, we recommend the following:

First Wash Tips

For bright-colored clothing, we suggest washing separately.
Try hand washing in cold water with a small amount of salt or white vinegar, which helps set the color and reduce fading.

What if fading still persists?

If the fading issue remains, please take a photo and send it to our customer service team.
We will review the case and arrange a return or provide other compensation as appropriate.

If you notice issues such as loose threads, buttons/zippers/accessories falling off during normal use or wear, please follow the steps below:

Check for workmanship defects

First, we recommend inspecting the stitched areas to see if there are any obvious manufacturing defects.

Please take detailed photos so we can better understand the issue and provide a quick resolution.

Handling within the warranty period

If the item is still within the warranty period, you can submit a request to customer service along with the relevant photos.

We will assess the situation and arrange a return/replacement or offer partial compensation accordingly.

Items may disappear from your My Bag because:

1. You changed the shipping country/region, and some items are available only in specific regions.

2. The product might be out of stock.
